HomeShift Global is operated by HomeShift Property Management Ltd (“HomeShift”, “we”, “us”, “our”). We are a marketing and listing platform. We are not a broker, agent, escrow, or law firm.

By using our website, communicating with our sales team, or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

1) Acceptance & Definitions

“Platform” means our website and related services. “User” means anyone using the Platform. “Listing” means property information submitted by a user. “Managed Plans” are professional marketing packages; “Self-Serve Listings” are pay-per-listing options.

2) Nature of Services (Marketing Only)

We provide digital advertising and listing exposure so owners can promote properties or vacation ownership. Our role ends with marketing exposure. We do not broker deals, negotiate terms, collect deposits, provide legal advice, or guarantee a sale or income.

  • Website and partner-network placement.
  • Optional managed campaigns and relocation visibility.
  • Forwarding of enquiries (where available).

3) Sales Team & Communications (Legal Protection)

Representatives identifying as “HomeShift Global Sales” are authorized only to explain plans, pricing, and exposure features. All calls, messages, and emails are informational and non-binding.

  • No promises of buyers, sales, income, or timelines may be made.
  • Verbal statements or texts do not form a contract.
  • Only documents and invoices issued from contact@homeshiftglobal.com are contractually binding.
  • Users must review these Terms before making payment.

4) Accounts & User Obligations

  • Provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
  • List only properties you own or are authorized to market.
  • Comply with applicable laws and refrain from misuse, spam, or infringement.

5) Fees, Payments & Refunds

All fees are marketing/advertising fees for campaign setup, digital placement, and visibility duration. Payments are processed via Stripe or another approved processor. Services are deemed delivered once a campaign begins. Refund requests are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6) Listings & Content Standards

Users are solely responsible for listing accuracy and legality. Do not upload misleading, unlawful, or infringing material. You grant HomeShift a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, and display listing content for marketing the property and the Platform. We may edit, refuse, or remove content that breaches these standards.

7) Intellectual Property

Site design, text, graphics, software, compilations, and branding are the property of HomeShift Property Management Ltd or its licensors and are protected by applicable IP laws. Limited personal viewing/printing is permitted; any other use requires written permission.

8) Third-Party Links & Partners

The Platform may include links to external sites or services (e.g., payment processors, analytics). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.

9) No Warranty

The Platform and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or availability.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HomeShift and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profit, revenue, data, or opportunity). Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the service giving rise to the claim.

11) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HomeShift, its directors, employees, and partners from claims or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, or your misuse of the Platform.

12) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access—without refund where services have begun—if you breach these Terms, misuse the Platform, or if required by law.

13) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand and the United Kingdom. Disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand, unless another forum is required by mandatory law.

14) Privacy & Cookies

Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. You can manage non-essential cookies via the site banner or Cookie Settings link.

15) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is posted on this page with the effective date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

17) Agreement Confirmation

By checking “I agree to HomeShift’s Terms & Conditions” at checkout or by continuing to use the Platform, you confirm you have read and accept these Terms and authorize us to begin marketing services immediately.
