Our Fee Structure

All amounts shown are in United States Dollars (USD). Any applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed before you confirm payment. Fees relate to HomeShift Global’s marketing and coordination services only.

Listing & Marketing Setup

$2,400USD
(one-time, typical starting point)
This covers preparation of your listing, presentation of your ownership on our platform and agreed channels, and coordination of initial enquiries. In some cases, the setup fee may be higher or lower depending on the complexity of your ownership and the scope of work we agree together.

Success-Based Commission

10% of sale price
payable only on completed transactions
Where agreed in your contract, a success-based commission is payable if a sale or other transaction for your ownership completes and funds are received. No success commission is due if no transaction completes. The commission percentage and basis of calculation are clearly set out in your individual agreement.
Our fees do not include resort charges, lender fees, escrow, legal, tax, government or third-party transfer fees. Those costs, if any, are separate and remain your responsibility.
