HomeShift Global Ltd (“HomeShift”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a UK-registered company that provides marketing and coordination services to property and timeshare owners. We help you present and advertise your property; we do not operate as an estate agency or law firm.
2. Nature of Our Service
Our role is to market your property or timeshare and help generate interest from potential buyers or renters. All fees paid to HomeShift are for marketing, listing, and administrative services only. No guarantee of sale, rental, or transfer is expressed or implied.
3. Service Plans & Fees
We offer several service levels, as explained on our Pricing page:
- Essential Care Plan – core listing setup and basic support.
- Enhanced Support Plan – additional guidance, check-ins, and light promotion.
- Complete Marketing Plan – expanded marketing support and weekly exposure insights.
- Concierge Plus Plan – highest level of promotion and hands-on coordination.
The plan names, structure, and indicative fees are identical to those described on
pricing.html. Any one-time Listing & Marketing Setup fee and any
Success Commission (currently 10% of the final sale price) are also defined on the
Pricing page and form part of these Terms.
By purchasing a plan or paying a setup fee, you agree that:
- All fees relate to marketing and coordination services only.
- Commission is only due when a qualifying sale completes.
- Fees and plan inclusions may be updated from time to time; the version shown at checkout applies to your order.
4. No Guarantee of Outcome
We work to promote your property professionally, but results depend on factors beyond our control, including market conditions, buyer demand, resort/HOA rules, and third-party decisions. We cannot guarantee that your property will sell, rent, or transfer within any set period, or at any specific price.
5. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete, and updated information about your property and ownership.
- Confirm that you have legal authority to market and sell or rent the property.
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and resort/HOA rules.
- Notify us promptly if your property is sold, rented, withdrawn, or otherwise changes status.
6. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
All payments are processed securely by approved payment providers (such as Stripe or Checkout.com). We do not store full card details on our own servers.
- Fees are normally non-refundable once work on your campaign has begun (for example, when your listing is created, content is prepared, or marketing is scheduled).
- If you request to cancel before any meaningful work has started, a partial or full refund may be considered at our discretion, less any setup or payment-processing costs.

7. Timeshare Relief & Relocation Services
Where we assist with timeshare relief, relocation, or swap-style opportunities, our service is coordination and marketing only. We may introduce you to third-party providers such as resorts, developers, or legal professionals, but:
- We do not provide legal, financial, or tax advice.
- No timeshare cancellation, transfer, or replacement is guaranteed.
- Any contract you enter into with a third party is solely between you and that third party.
8. No Legal, Financial, or Tax Advice

It should not be treated as legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. You should seek independent professional advice before making decisions about your property or finances.
