Fees, Payments & Refunds

• All payments are one-time fees for marketing and related administrative services.
• Once a listing or campaign has begun (e.g., listing created, ads scheduled, outreach initiated), fees become non-refundable.
• If you request to cancel before work begins, a refund may be considered at our discretion, less any setup or payment processing costs.
• Payments are processed securely via approved third-party processors. We do not store full card details on our own servers.

Customer Responsibilities

• Confirm that you are the legal owner of the property/timeshare or have authority to market it.
• Provide accurate, current information and promptly inform us of any changes (e.g., property sold, listing withdrawn).
• Comply with all applicable laws, HOA/resort rules, and contractual obligations in your jurisdiction.
• Not misuse the platform, misrepresent information, engage in fraud, or abuse staff or systems.
