Before Continuing to Payment

Please review and confirm the key terms of your HomeShift agreement:

  • One-time setup fee: $2,400–$5,000 per plan for marketing & coordination. Non-refundable once work begins.
  • If sold via HomeShift or partners: 10% success commission is due at closing.
  • If sold by any other party/method: 5% referral fee is due at closing.
  • Notify & instruct closing: You agree to notify HomeShift of any sale and instruct closing/title/escrow to remit the owed fee to HomeShift.
  • Agreement window: Applies for the lifetime of your listing unless released in writing by HomeShift.

Key Clauses (short form)

  1. Scope. HomeShift is a marketing/listing platform; we do not provide legal, financial, or brokerage services.
  2. Setup Fee. A one-time marketing & coordination fee (per property, per plan) applies as shown at checkout and is non-refundable once work begins.
  3. Sale via HomeShift. If the Property sells through HomeShift or its partner network, a 10% success commission (based on the final sale price) is due at closing.
  4. Sale via Others. If the Property sells by any other party/method during the agreement period, a 5% referral fee is due at closing.
  5. Agreement Period. Starts on payment date and continues for the lifetime of the listing unless released by HomeShift in writing.
  6. Owner Duties. You agree to (i) notify HomeShift when any sale contract is executed and (ii) instruct closing/title/escrow to remit the owed fee to HomeShift.
  7. Content. All property info you provide must be accurate, lawful, and owned by you; HomeShift may remove inaccurate/inappropriate listings.
  8. Liability. No guarantee of sale/transfer; no liability for indirect/consequential loss; results vary with market conditions.
  9. Disputes. Binding arbitration under ICC rules; venue is your country of residence or mutually agreed jurisdiction.
  10. Privacy. Personal data handled per our Privacy Policy and not sold to third parties without consent.
