All fees paid to HomeShift Property Management Ltd are for marketing, listing, and administrative services only and are non-refundable once an advertising campaign has begun.

While we use our best efforts to promote each property and connect with potential buyers or renters, outcomes depend on market conditions and third-party decisions beyond our control. By submitting a listing or payment, you acknowledge and agree that no promise or guarantee of sale is made or implied by HomeShift Property Management Ltd.

Scope of Services

  • Creation and distribution of marketing materials and listings.
  • Lead handling and appointment coordination where applicable.
  • Non-exclusive collaboration with owners, agents, platforms, or resorts.

Fees & Refunds

  • Fees cover marketing, listing, and administrative services only.
  • Fees are non-refundable once your campaign has commenced (e.g., listing created, ads scheduled, outreach initiated).
  • If you request cancellation before campaign work begins, a refund may be considered at our discretion, less any setup or payment processing costs.

Owner Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate property information and promptly update us about any changes or offers.
  • Ensure you have authority to market, sell, or rent the property.
  • Comply with applicable laws, resort/HOA policies, and contract obligations.

Third-Party Platforms & Partners

Marketing may appear on third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their performance, policies, outages, or decisions. Some services may be performed by vetted partners; where they apply their own terms, those terms will govern.

Timeshare Relief / Relocation

Relief or relocation services (if requested) are coordination and advisory in nature only. Outcomes depend on resort policies, contract terms, payment history, and partner availability. No contract cancellation or property swap is guaranteed.

Payments & Security

Payments are processed by trusted third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full card data on our servers. For your security, only use official links we provide. Bank statements may display a shortened business descriptor.

Data, Privacy & Communications

We use your information to provide services, communicate about listings, and improve our operations. By contacting us, you consent to receive service communications. See our Privacy terms (available on request) for details.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomeShift and its officers, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of opportunity arising from the use of our services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law in the location where services are primarily provided. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

We may revise this disclaimer from time to time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Tell us as soon as possible. If work hasn’t begun, a discretionary refund may be considered, less setup/processing costs.
