We do not act as a law firm, financial adviser, escrow company, or closing agent. We don’t hold completion funds and we don’t provide legal or tax advice. Any sale or transfer is completed between you and the buyer using your own independent professionals.

The upfront fee is a marketing fee. It covers the work needed to set up and run your advertising campaign, for example:

• Creating and publishing your listing (description, photos, key details)
• Placing your advert on our platform and other chosen channels
• Ongoing exposure and enquiry handling during the agreed campaign period

Because that work begins immediately — and costs are incurred even if no sale happens — the marketing fee is normally payable in advance. Any exceptions, cooling-off periods, or refund situations will be set out clearly in our Payments & Refunds Policy and in the written agreement you see before you pay.

We offer clear, upfront marketing plans so you can choose the level of support you want:

• Essential Care Plan — $2,400
  Professional listing setup, advertising across our core channels, email enquiry forwarding and basic support.
• Enhanced Support Plan — $3,400
  All Essential features plus more frequent updates, light promotional boosts, and closer coordination.
• Complete Marketing Plan — $4,500
  Stronger ongoing promotion, premium placements where available, and full personal support.
• Concierge Plus Plan — $5,000
  Our most hands-on option with enhanced promotion, media upgrades (where applicable), and priority client care.

Success Commission: In some cases, a success-based commission (for example, 10% of the final sale price) may apply when a sale completes. If this applies to you, it will be clearly stated in writing before you agree to anything.

All fees, currencies and any applicable taxes will be confirmed in your written agreement and on the checkout page before you make payment.

For your safety, we do not ask for card details over the phone. All card payments are processed through our secure online checkout provider. You will see:

• A clear description of the service you are paying for
• The exact fee, currency, and any applicable taxes
• Our company name (HomeShift Global Ltd) on the payment confirmation

Once payment is completed, you will receive an email confirmation and receipt. If anything on the checkout page or receipt looks different to what you expected, please contact us immediately before proceeding.

Your rights to cancel or receive a refund depend on how and when the agreement was made and how much work has already been carried out.

Our role is to give your property professional exposure and to pass on genuine enquiries during the agreed campaign period — not to guarantee a sale or a particular result. No reputable marketing company can honestly guarantee that a sale will happen.

The marketing fee covers the advertising service itself — preparing your listing, placing it, and promoting it for the agreed campaign period. Even if no sale or rental happens, those advertising services will still have been provided.

We will always be honest about interest levels and feedback. If results are slow, we may suggest changes (for example, adjusting the price or improving photos) rather than making any unrealistic promises.

Your rights regarding refunds or extensions, if any, will be set out specifically in your written agreement and in our Payments & Refunds Policy.

In many cases, yes — owners do advertise timeshares that still have a loan balance or maintenance fees. However, how the balance is handled at completion is something that must be properly arranged between you, the resort and the buyer, with independent legal or financial advice.

We can help you present the key information clearly in your listing, but we do not provide legal or financial advice and we are not responsible for the structure of the final transaction.

Yes. If you prefer to rent out your property rather than sell, we can use a marketing plan to promote it for rental enquiries instead. This can help offset maintenance fees and keep the property in use.

As with sales, our role is to advertise and generate enquiries. You remain responsible for any rental agreement, handover, and compliance with local laws and tax rules in the country where the property is located.

No. We will never ask you to read out your full card number, PIN, or online banking password over the phone.
