Today, HomeShift combines a modern online platform with one-to-one support from experienced advisors.
Our focus is on clear explanations, honest expectations and well-presented listings —
helping owners advertise their properties and explore options without pressure or unrealistic promises.
2024 — Launch of HomeShift Property Management Ltd
HomeShift Property Management Ltd was officially formed to bring our private client work into a
regulated, professional structure. Rather than acting as lawyers or financial planners, we chose to
specialise in what we do best: marketing, introductions and support for owners who want a clear plan.
2016–2023 — Private Client Network & Expansion
During this period, our team worked primarily through referrals across North America and Asia.
We helped owners advertise, rent and transition away from properties they no longer needed,
always focusing on communication and documentation. Results varied by client and situation,
and we learned early that honesty and clarity are more valuable than any guarantee.
2010–2016 — Partnerships & Industry Knowledge
We built strong relationships with real estate advisors, marketing firms and relocation specialists.
These partnerships still support our clients today by providing independent expertise where legal or
financial advice is required — areas that fall outside of our own service.
2008–2010 — Laying the Groundwork
Our founders saw that many property and timeshare owners felt stuck: high fees, limited options and
confusing contracts. The goal from day one was simple — create a transparent, marketing-led
service that explains options clearly and respects every client’s right to make their own decisions.
