Our Journey

Today — Digital Platform, Human Service
Today, HomeShift combines a modern online platform with one-to-one support from experienced advisors. Our focus is on clear explanations, honest expectations and well-presented listings — helping owners advertise their properties and explore options without pressure or unrealistic promises.
2024 — Launch of HomeShift Property Management Ltd
HomeShift Property Management Ltd was officially formed to bring our private client work into a regulated, professional structure. Rather than acting as lawyers or financial planners, we chose to specialise in what we do best: marketing, introductions and support for owners who want a clear plan.
2016–2023 — Private Client Network & Expansion
During this period, our team worked primarily through referrals across North America and Asia. We helped owners advertise, rent and transition away from properties they no longer needed, always focusing on communication and documentation. Results varied by client and situation, and we learned early that honesty and clarity are more valuable than any guarantee.
2010–2016 — Partnerships & Industry Knowledge
We built strong relationships with real estate advisors, marketing firms and relocation specialists. These partnerships still support our clients today by providing independent expertise where legal or financial advice is required — areas that fall outside of our own service.
2008–2010 — Laying the Groundwork
Our founders saw that many property and timeshare owners felt stuck: high fees, limited options and confusing contracts. The goal from day one was simple — create a transparent, marketing-led service that explains options clearly and respects every client’s right to make their own decisions.

Founder & CEO — Senior Property Consultant

With 20+ years in real estate and property management, Peter oversees strategy and client care. His focus is on straight-talking guidance about what our marketing service can and cannot achieve, avoiding unrealistic promises and keeping owners in control at every step.

Robert Davis

Property Marketing Director

Robert leads our marketing and presentation of listings, making sure each property is positioned professionally and accurately. He works closely with owners to set expectations and choose the right level of service — without giving legal or financial advice.

Elliot Moore

Operations & Sales Director

Elliot coordinates the day-to-day running of the platform and client onboarding. He makes sure information is collected correctly, timelines are realistic and that every owner understands our process, fees and limitations before they choose to proceed.

HomeShift Does:

HomeShift Does Not:

  • Provide legal, tax, financial, investment or debt-counselling advice.
  • Act as a law firm, regulated financial advisor or real-estate broker.
  • Guarantee that any property will sell, rent, “exit” or be released.
  • Advise you to stop paying existing obligations or maintenance fees.
  • Make decisions on your behalf — all decisions remain yours alone.

Any fees for our services will be clearly explained to you before you are asked to make a payment. All card payments made through our website are processed securely by an independent, regulated payment provider. HomeShift does not store your full card details on its own systems.
